Sponge Break Playtest Update #2

We've rolled out another update for the Sponge Break playtest with even more fixes and improvements based on everything you've been sharing with us.

🛠️ Playtest Update #2 - PATCH NOTES

Here is a breakdown of what’s changed.

✨ Improvements, Fixes, & Polish

• Performance & Stability: Major network optimizations, improved frame rates, and multiple crash fixes.

• Better Multiplayer: Improved proximity voice chat, cleaner DBNO behavior, and a variety of multiplayer synchronization fixes.

• Controller Support: Continued improvements for controllers and Steam Deck. Steam Input is still recommended while we continue refining support.

• Gameplay Fixes: Rat behavior improvements, inflatable duck fixes, wet sponge size fixes, level polish, and plenty of general gameplay improvements.

• Polish: Audio improvements, environment updates, asset replacements, and lots of quality-of-life tweaks.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER: This is still an active playtest. While we do not plan on doing any progression or save data wipes, there is always a small chance that future updates might affect save data. We appreciate your understanding and patience if any unexpected issues pop up!
